Commissioned by Arrow’s HR department whose internal HR campaign concept is based around the idea of a career journey. As such, the concept for the illustration is that of a journe through a landscape, interspersed with workplace activities. As well as evoking the idea of a career journey, this illustration should articulate a positive vision of the future, in which technology works in the background
to benefit the many, not just the few.
